  2. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused digital content only.
  3. Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time; no prorated refunds apply after the first 30 days.

4. Content License

  1. Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
  3. Completed courses grant lifetime access unless otherwise specified.

5. Acceptable Use

  1. Users shall not post harmful, illegal, or abusive content in any community areas.
  2. Automated scraping or data harvesting of course materials is strictly prohibited.
  3. We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Disclaimers

  2. We do not guarantee specific gardening outcomes or plant survival rates.

7. Limitation of Liability
